Congratulations!!!

CSN Culinary Team won the 2008 Nevada State Championship and will be representing not only the college but the State of Nevada at ACF Western Regional Competition in Salt Lake City, Utah in mid-April. There are usually at least 10-12 different teams competing at this level. The team missed a Gold Medal by 1.32 pts. They were judged by 3 Certified Master Chefs and 1 Certified Executive Pastry Chef.
